Talk Therapy

$150 session (one hour)

Weekly one-on-one Zoom sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It’s an opportunity for you gain self-awareness, process emotions, develop coping strategies, improve relationships, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. Whether navigating stress, anxiety, or life’s transitions, together we’ll lock in new beliefs and collect evidence of positive shifts to keep you moving forward toward the life you truly desire.

Dreamwork

$150 session (one hour)

Dreams serve as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind, providing insight into your deepest thoughts, emotions, and desires; It’s as if you have a best friend who has much to share with you but can only communicate through symbol and metaphor. Using the tools of Jungian dream analysis we can decode these complex love notes, and in so doing, integrate the conflicting parts of your psyche (the shadow, the inner child, the critic, and other archetypes) to bring forth your most authentic self.

Hypnotherapy

$350 package

Two Zoom sessions: Intake (1 hour) & Hypnosis (1.5 hours).

Intake. You’ll answer a series of questions to identify the presenting problem, its negative impact, and how its removal would positively transform your life.

Hypnosis. During this session, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Together, we’ll explore memories from your childhood that have everything to do with the root cause of your issue. We will dismantle the limiting beliefs built around these events and replace them. You’ll be given a personalized meditation tape to listen to for 21 days. This recording will reprogram your subconscious mind to think the thoughts that will bring about the life you truly want to be living. Package includes two follow-up calls.
